Abstract

The results of the analysis of environmental legal instruments to ensure the effective management of hunting in agricultural landscapes of Ukraine showed their imperfection. In particular, it has been established that this prevents the sustainable development of domestic hunting in a market economy and requires the relevant public authorities to respond promptly and appropriately to the challenges of the present in the basic laws and regulations that ensure the functioning of the industry
