The research carried out on the increase of the productivity of new varieties and hybrids of agricultural crops and the obtaining of maximum economic efficiency is the introduction into production of the results of timely seed examination, which affects the resource-saving elements of the technology of their cultivation, contributes to the improvement of soil cultivation systems, optimization of mineral fertilizer application rates and increase the effectiveness of integrated plant protection systems. It is established that from the indicators of the phytosanitary and physiological state of the seed depends on the efficiency of the use of energy-enriched, wide-reaching, high-tech equipment, preservation of the gene pool, sorts and hybrids. The control of the phytosanitary state of the seeds is an important organizational and technological component in adhering to the optimal structure of field crop rotation. Investigation of the degree of damage to seeds by a complex of diseases shows the importance of improving the organization of implementation of innovative technologies in order to ensure the planned crop and increase the yield of varieties and hybrids to 90% of the gene pool, which contributes to a positive increase in the gross harvest of crop products in Ukrainian farms. Therefor thus, it is also worth noting that the modern systems of protection of crops from harmful organisms and the protection of the environment while preserving biodiversity is the basis of sustainable development of crop production in Ukraine. In 2015-2018, the species composition of harmful organisms on seeds of crops was investigated, which testifies to the high efficiency of protective action of mixtures of registered pesticides in Ukraine (more than 94%) on the propagation of harmful organisms in the seed material as the basis of their development during the emergence-tillering of cereals crops with the addition of 35-42% increase in grain yield. It is established that the application of the investigated pesticides the coefficient of their effective influence on harmful species does not depend on significant fluctuations of weather-climatic factors. In Steppe, Forest Steppe and Polissya, when using insecticides and their mixtures, the potential of grain crops and hybrids of industrial crop yields increases by 32-38% compared to other plant protection technologies
