A sample of specialized veterinary organizations was conducted, the peculiarities of their activity and the influence of such associations on the development of veterinary science and the qualification of veterinary medicine doctors were analyzed. Specialized international veterinary organizations are actively engaged in advanced training of veterinary medicine doctors, many of them have extensive training programs for general practitioners and for specialized specialists. It is these associations that determine the direction of development of veterinary science and provide funding for the most up-to-date research in veterinary medicine. These organizations also influence on the training of veterinary doctors by setting clear criteria and requirements for a diplominated specialist. In some countries, associations are also authorized in licensing. Ukraine continues to integrate more closely into the global economic and legal space.
