Благополуччя тварин молочного стада

Анотація

Благополуччя тварин викликає все більшу заціквленість у всьому світі, а особливо в розвинутих країнах, які мають ресурси задля встановлення оптимальних систем менеджменту для продуктивних тварин і розуміння, що благополуччя тварин є основою інноваційного молочного скотарства. У статті, на основі аналізу, синтезу та узагальнення наукової літератури, результатів наукової експертної оцінки благополуччя тварин визначено проблеми благополуччя тварин на молочних фермах, розглянуто методи оцінки благополуччя та обгрунтовано важливість імплементації благополуччя та протоколів менеджменту в молочному скотарстві. Базовою проблемою благополуччя тварин молочного стада є інтенсифікація, тому представлені основні програми оцінки благополуччя – FARM, The Code of welfare, Welfare Quality та IDSW, які створені та використовуються у практиці виробництва молока, відповідно до стандартів благополуччя тварин. В Україні актуальним є гармонізація законодавства до норм ЄС і створення системи оцінки благополуччя тварин молочного стада, а також інформаційна та просвітницька діяльність, тренінги з благополуччя тварин на молочних фермах для стейкхолдерів та практичні підходи до імплементації благополуччя тварин у виробництві
