Аналіз стану благополуччя коней

Анотація

 У статті представлений аналіз базових понять благополуччя тварин, яке є передумовою для якісного та успішного інноваційного тваринництва. Благополуччя коней повинно розглядатися з позиції концепції «п'яти свобод», яка має знаходити відображення в житті тварин. Метою статті є аналіз стану питання благополуччя коней і перспективи розвитку й імплементації на національному та європейському рівнях. Проведений аналіз свідчить про необхідність розроблення системи оцінювання благополуччя коней і її імплементації в Україні, водночас, враховуючи об’єктивні та суб’єктивні показники, у систему оцінювання благополуччя коней мають бути включені власники, ветеринарні лікарі (що обслуговують коня) та експерти. Безумовно, у поєднанні з благополуччям коней, безсумнівно, важливе значення має розроблення алгоритму біобезпеки на конезаводах у менеджменті коней з акцентами на епізоотологію хвороб, умови вакцинації, дезінфекцію і санацію, аналіз критичних точок допуску тварин на конеферму і менеджмент руху на підприємстві, а також враховується пестконтроль і оцінка індикаторів емерджентних ситуацій, що повинно бути основою розробки Національного стандарту біобезпеки на рівні ферм і об'єктів для конярства в Україні
