Фактори виникнення технологічного стресу у курчат бройлерів та стратегії його профілактики

Анотація

За інтенсивного вирощування птиці на ріст, розвиток птиці бройлерів та якість продукції птахівництва впливає цілий ряд технологічних стресових факторів. Вплив гострого чи хронічного стресу відображається на поведінкових реаціях птиці, розладах харчової поведінки, конверсії корму, добових приростах та якості отриманої продукції. Метою роботи був критичний огляд та систематизації наукових знань, щодо змін в організмі птиці за впливу технологічних стресових факторів. У статті проаналізовано наукові публікації щодо змін в організмі птиці на фізіологічному та поведінковому рівні за стресових розладів, визначені клінічні та лабораторні маркери їх діагностики та методи профілактики. Огляд допоміг виокремити основні критерії, які допомагають диференціювати прояви стресу у птиці. Визначено, що основними технологічними стресорами для птиці є порушення температурного режиму вирощування птиці, збільшення щільності її утримання, перегрупування, зважування, сортування, формування груп, відлов, переміщення, транспортування, технологічні шуми. Клінічними проявами за розвитку стресових явищ у птиці були зменшення споживання нею корму, збудливість, тривожність, страх, втома, прискорене поверхневе дихання, передчасне дозрівання та порушення репродуктивних функцій, зниження яйцекладки, ослаблення м’язового тонусу та зниження якості продукції птахівництва. Критеріями встановлення прояву стресових явищ у птиці є зміни поведінки та клінічні показники, у крові ‒ співвідношення гетерофілів до нейтрофілів, вміст кортикостероїдів. Для більш глибокого дослідження оксидативного стресу корисним буде визначення вмісту в крові птиці малонового діальдегіду, 8-гідрокси-2-дезоксигуанозину, активності глутатіону та супероксиддисмутази, білків теплового шоку HSP70 і HSP90. Стратегії профілактики розвитку технологічних стресових факторів включають оптимізацію умов утримання, корекцію раціону із додаванням до його складу біологічно активних сполук макро – мікроелементів, органічних кислот, пробіотиків, пребіотиків для формування стійкості організму птиці до дії як технологічних, так і інших факторів зовнішнього середовища. Результати дослідження будуть корисними для розробки дієвих засобів профілактики технологічних стресів у птиці
