Визначення антагоністичних властивостей та утворення біоплівок у Bacillus Spp. та Lactobacillus Spp.

Анотація

Метою роботи було відбір культур Bacillus spp. та Lactobacillus spp. перспективних для використання у якості пробіотиків. Зразки курячого посліду (250 проб) для дослідження відбирали в період 2020 року від клінічно здорових курчат (вік 28-48 діб). в птахогосподарствах різного масштабу та методу утримання птиці (крупних господарствах промислового типу, фермерських та присадибних господарствах) в Вінницькій, Житомирській, Київській, Харківській, Черкаській, та Чернігівській областях. За результатами бактеріологічних досліджень було виділено і ідентифіковано 94 культури роду Bacillus (B. subtilis, B. licheniformis, B. cereus, B. megaterium, B. pumilus) та 56 ізолятів роду Lactobacillus (L. delbrueckii, L. Lactis, L. Reuteri, L. casei, L. brevis). Загалом, 32,1% досліджених ізолятів Lactobacillus spp. та 21,3% ізолятів Bacillus spp. були спроможними формувати in vitro біоплівки високої щільності. Результати визначення антагоністичних властивостей засвідчили, що середню і високу антагоністичну дію по відношенню до 17 тест-штамів мікроорганізмів виявили 98,4% і 91,5% ізолятів роду Lactobacillus та роду Bacillus відповідною. Одержані результати стосовно спроможності досліджених ізолятів до формування біоплівки, антагоністичної дії, стійкості до агресивного середовища травного тракту (рівень рН, жовч) стали підставою для відбору перспективних культур роду Bacillus та Lactobacillus з метою розробки препарату з пробіотичною дією. В подальшому дослідження будуть спрямовані на визначення стійкості відібраних ізолятів до протимікробних препаратів та, в подальшому, визначення ефективності відібраних ізолятів у складі комплексного пробіотика в експериментах на курчатах з метою та оцінки їх імунокоригуючої та антиоксидантної дії, а також попередження розвитку кишкових інфекцій як альтернативи застосування протимікробних препаратів
